The Japan Snowsports team is passionate about traditional techniques, fresh food and healthy choices.

All our bread is 100% sourdough. This means we use natural fermentation of the dough instead of yeast. This authentic process takes at least 36 hours. The way of riping creates a rustic and tasteful bread that is easy to digest.

How does it work?

Let us know your orders by Tuesday 5 pm by using the order form below.
Pick up your order on Friday afternoon at the JPS lodge or we can deliver it to you within the following areas:
- Madarao: free delivery
- Tangram: ¥100*
- Myoko/Nojiri: ¥100*
- Togari/Nozawa: ¥100*
